Abel W.
This patient came to use with failing porcelain restorations that had been fused to metal bridge work. The metal bridge was loose with recurrent decay. He also had a crossbite and incisal wear. To help him regain his smile it took eight months. We used sedation dentistry, extracted teeth, and used a bone graft. He received dental implants and crowns to lengthen his teeth. A total of eleven porcelain restorations were used to give him the white smile he wanted and now uses a night guard to protect his teeth while he sleeps.
