Our patient came to us with protruding anterior veneers with gum recession. She also had existing porcelain restorations that were fused to a metal bridge that cause gum recessions on the posterior teeth. To help her regain her smile we gave her sedation dentistry, one implant, and thirteen porcelain restorations to create a uniformed and symmetrical smile. She now wears a mouthguard at night to protect her teeth.
