David was unhappy with the appearance of his teeth, which were discolored and had been severely worn down because he was a tooth grinder. The incisors had, as usual, borne the brunt of the grinding. As a result, they were badly worn. It only took two visits for David to get his new smile. TENS and an orthotic were used to help open up his bite. He requested a full mouth makeover, which wa given, allowing him to enjoy a beautiful smile. He received a total of 14 upper and lower restorations.
