This patient came to us with very severe dental anxiety. He had a destructive bite with large, leaking amalgam fillings that had stress fractures. He also had active decay and severe wear. We gave him sedation dentistry to calm his nerves while he opened his bite with full mouth porcelain restorations. He now has a uniform and symmetrical smile and wears a night guard while he sleeps to protect his teeth.
